Winning by a slim margin, visiting a state capital won the poll on what to do next with a whopping 4 votes. Task # 2 has been posted... specifically that the first travelbug to be seen in a picture with a state capital building in the background will earn 25 points and complete the second task. Second place will be worth 15 points and third place 10 points.
